Funeral services for Frances Ingram Tribble Canterbury, age 87, of Grenada, are at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Mortimer National Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery at Paynes, Mississippi.
Visitation is Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Mortimer National Funeral Home.
Frances died Thursday, March 23, 2017 at UMMC-Grenada.
She was born on May 7, 1929 in Sardis, Mississippi and was the daughter of the late William Dewey Ingram and Eddie Mae Fellows Ingram.
Frances was a homemaker and a member of the Christ Community Church in Grenada.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Lennis Tribble and J.E. Canterbury; one daughter, Linda Tribble Ward; one step-son, John Kevin Canterbury; two sisters, Willie Mae Howell and Ellen Haney; and one brother, Charles Warner Ingram.
She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Flowers (John) of Grenada; one son, James F. Tribble of Charleston; three step-sons, Keith Canterbury (Emily) of Coffeeville, Ken Canterbury of Coffeeville, and Terry Canterbury (Penny) of Greenwood; one sister, Dorothy Adams of Oakland; six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
